I Accept the trading Terms and Conditions of Hetronic and that a AUD305.00+GST job survey fee will be charged in the event of the repair failing to proceed. I also agree that in the event of a job being placed on hold or has failed to be approved for repair for a period of longer than 30 calendar days a job survey fee + return freight will automatically be charged and the goods returned unrepaired.
